Bespoke luxury lighting

Porcelain is our language and forms the foundation of our light objects. Pure, translucent and distinctive, it is a material of remarkable strength and an almost tangible fragility. We embrace its imperfections, the subtle traces left by the making process and the beauty of what can never be entirely controlled.Light is inseparable from it. It brings textures, nuances and depth to the surface and gives the porcelain a soft glow. The light objects take on a different presence, bringing warmth and intimacy into the space.

Every object is made by hand and carries our signature. The interplay of design, craftsmanship and material makes each piece unique, from a sculptural light object to bespoke lighting created to become an integral part of a space. Our collections move between light and object. Pendant lights, wall lights, table lamps and floor lamps each have their own form and character. We also create larger bespoke lighting installations, conceived in response to the architecture and the place for which they are intended.

Behind Coup-de-foudre are Goedel Vermandere, Jan Arickx and Lonne Deliens. From our studio in Kortrijk, our handcrafted lighting finds its way into private interiors, architectural projects and distinctive spaces around the world.
